Main Responsibilities
Serve as central night contact
Welcome late arrivals and early departures
Execute night audit with accuracy
Ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs
Coordinate requests with internal teams
Uphold LHW and Forbes standards
Handle situations calmly and elegantly
Profile / Requirements
Experience in 5-star front officeSolid accounting knowledge
Advanced OPERA PMS expertise
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Empathetic and professional communication
Impeccable grooming and attitude
Detail-oriented and autonomous
Availability for night shifts
