At Vila Vita Parc, we believe every detail helps create memorable settings. We are looking for an organised, dynamic multi-skilled florist with an interest in floristry to support the Floristry Department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring flowers, materials and workspaces are prepared, organised and in excellent condition to bring the resort’s different spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare flowers, foliage and floral materials by cleaning, cutting, hydrating and conditioning them.
- Support the preparation of simple floral arrangements, bouquets and seasonal decorations.
- Receive, check and organise flowers, plants, foliage and other materials, ensuring their quality and freshness.
- Ensure flowers are stored and preserved correctly to maximise their longevity.
- Transport flowers, arrangements, materials and equipment between the resort’s different areas.
- Keep the floristry workshop, cold rooms and storage areas organised, clean and operational.
- Support stock control and report requirements for replenishing flowers, consumables and materials.
- Help set up and dismantle floral decorations for events, weddings, celebrations and other special occasions.

About You:

- Experience in floristry, gardening, logistics, events or similar support roles (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of flowers, plants and floral preservation techniques is an advantage.
- Well organised with a keen eye for detail.
- A team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to carry out operational tasks and move materials safely.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Portuguese; knowledge of English is an advantage.
