At Vila Vita Parc, we are looking for a Warehouse & Distribution Assistant to ensure the efficient supply of our outlets and properties. This role combines goods receiving and order preparation activities with the daily distribution of products, playing a key part in connecting the central stores with the various operations across the group.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and inspect incoming goods and supplies
• Organize and store products within the warehouse
• Prepare requisitions for internal departments
• Deliver supplies to resort outlets
• Distribute goods across the group's properties
• Ensure the safe and correct transportation of merchandise
• Support stock control and replenishment activities
• Assist with inventories and regular stock counts
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Comply with HACCP standards and internal procedures
Profile & Requirements
• Mandatory schooling or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Valid Category B driving license
• Experience in distribution and deliveries is preferred
• Availability for daily travel between locations
• Basic knowledge of stock management
• Basic computer skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Organized with attention to detail
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Dynamic and adaptable approach to work
