At Vila Vita Parc, the Architecture Technician joins a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals, supporting the development and monitoring of technical projects while ensuring quality, precision and alignment with the international standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of technical drawings.
Support in the preparation of architectural projects.
Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
Development of drawings using AutoCAD.
Updating of floor plans and layouts.
Technical monitoring of construction works.
Documentation support for technical teams.
Requirements / Profile
Technical qualification in Architecture or Technical Drawing.
Proven proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Knowledge of floor plans, sections and elevations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills.
Experience in the hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.
