Green Waste Collection Operator (5-Star Hospitality, Algarve) m/f

Key Responsibilities:
Collect green waste from the various gardening teams working across the resort.
Transport and deliver green waste to designated disposal areas, ensuring efficient waste management.
Unload green waste into the appropriate containers.
Ensure empty bags are returned to the gardening teams, promoting their reuse and operational availability.
Monitor container capacity and promptly report any collection or replacement requirements.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of vehicles, equipment and materials assigned to the role.
Collaborate with the gardening teams and other departments to promote an organised, safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements / Profile:
Previous experience in operational roles, particularly in green waste collection and management, outdoor area maintenance or similar activities.
Valid driving licence (mandatory).
Strong sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability.
Good organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage daily work routines.
Team spirit, willingness to support others and ability to collaborate with different departments.
Availability to perform regular physical work, predominantly in an outdoor environment.
Strong awareness of safety, sustainability, cleanliness and attention to detail.
