We are looking for a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of ensuring the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the resort's public areas, maintaining welcoming and comfortable environments that reflect the high standards of excellence that define our hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleaning, sanitisation and organisation of the resort's public areas, including corridors, lobbies, lifts, restaurants, bars, offices, restrooms and staff areas.

• Maintain the condition and presentation of all areas, ensuring high standards of quality and comfort.

• Replenish consumables and supplies required in the different areas under your responsibility.

• Collect and properly sort waste, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

• Identify and report any maintenance, repair or replenishment requirements involving materials and equipment.

• Ensure the correct use of cleaning products and equipment.

• Continuously monitor the condition of public areas, taking action whenever necessary to maintain the required standards.

• Collaborate with the Housekeeping teams and other departments, contributing to an efficient operation.

Requirements / Profile:

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or similar roles (preferred).

• Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector will be considered an advantage.

• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and commitment to quality.

• Keen attention to detail and a constant focus on the presentation of spaces.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute as part of a team.

• Discretion, professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Flexible availability and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Physical ability to perform the tasks required for the role.
